Sheridan Le Fanu

Has anyone ever read anything by the above author? He's quite good. He wrote 'Uncle Silas' which is the basis for the A&E Mysteries movie "The Dark Angel". Both the book and the movie are quite good.

    Yes, I've read several of his short stories, and have seen the old PBS flick based on Uncle Silas that came out in... 1990? starring Peter O'toole.

        I think so. I've just picked up a book of his short ghost stories stories. If they're as good as the other stories of his I've read I expect to be pretty pleased.
